5 Ways to become more confident
Confidence is a woman’s greatest asset. It’s what sets her a part from other women.
I have a client right now who recently attracted her ideal partner, and when they met, he was dating two other women.
When he met her, she was the clear “YES” for him.
This is because she was so different from the other women he was dating.
No insecurity, she didn’t need his attention, no game playing.
She simply embodied confidence and self-security — and THAT is the energy that men find irresistible.
So here are 5 practical things you can start doing TODAY to embody more of your confidence:
1️⃣ Lower the tone of your voice.
When you’re in your head, your voice gets high-pitched and airy. When you are embodied, your voice lowers and slows down. Trust me, this does wonders.
2️⃣ Before you walk into a date or any situation, be your own hype girl.
Instead of thinking, “Are they going to like me?” or “Is that thing I said weird?”
Tell yourself, “I commend every room I walk into.” and “People love being around me.”
3️⃣ Receive the compliment.
If someone compliments you, don’t immediately jump to complimenting them back.
Say “Thank you so much!” or “You made my night!”
Receive it.
4️⃣ Be direct.
If you need to say no or set a boundary, instead of over-explaining or trying to soften the blow, just say “Unfortunately, I can’t make it.”
5️⃣ Stop apologizing for your existence.
Let’s say you’re in the grocery store and you bump into someone, instead of saying “I’m sorry”, say “excuse me.”
Save the sorry’s for genuine mistakes, not for existing in a grocery store.
